I was using the app to edit my cart and noticed that the subtotal seemed high. Got a calculator out and the subtotal was 50 more expensive than it should be. I hit check out to see if the app just needed to refresh or if it would give me details. Nothing and still 50 more expensive. I pulled it up on the web, and the subtotal there was the same as the calculator. Closed out of the app and opened it back up, still 50 more. cancelled my VIP. do not use this app use the website or a different brand

What the heck happened to this app? I am constantly running into issues now with orders and can't add things to my cart. I have subscriptions that somehow don't exist anymore and just this past month, I was able to actually use the app to put things in my cart for my autoship, checked today to see if it shipped, cart is empty, nothing got ordered and it's becoming more of a pain to be a member than it's worth. Why is this broken when it was working?

Grove itself is five stars, but this app is horrid now. I don't understand why they changed it - the old version was great. Now it takes almost 2 minutes for the app to load, and another minute for my cart to load. The cart icon isn't visible from the favorites tab or the VIP tab. The favorites tab reloads every 5 seconds, moving items around in the list so that I accidentally add the wrong one to my cart. Now it's also refusing to even add items to my cart and just gives error messages.
